  • How long does it take to receive my package?
    Depending on your state and cities postal services shipment times vary. DISCLAIMER From USPS: Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. First Class Shipping (USPS) Estimated Delivery Date: Within 6 to 10 business days for packages. International shipping is estimated between 21 to 28 days. ​ Priority Mail (USPS) Estimated Delivery Date: Within 3 to 5 business days for U.S. states and 15 to 25 days for international shipments. Depending on your state and cities postal services. Processing Time: Business hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PDT), Monday – Friday; excluding weekends and federal holidays in the United States (New Year's, birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., Memorial Day, Independance Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas). *Orders are processed for shipment within 2-5 business days (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). This is not included as in the estimated time frame to receive your package. ​ *Once the package has been scanned into the USPS system for tracking. ​ *A Tracking number will be sent to your email, and will take estimated 24 hours from the time the package is scanned to be updated on the USPS website to track (select Text & Email Updates to receive daily updates where your package is via email or text). ​ *We will not be able to provide more information than www.usps.com.
  • Can I return the product?
    Yes! The product MUST be unopen and never used. Follow these steps to return: Refund/Return Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Send email to info@tamebella.com (include picture of procduct in the email). Subject line must say the following: RETURN Invoice # xxxxxxx First Name and Last Name. All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
  • What if the product was damanged in shipping?
    We stand by our products and will replace or refund your money. The product MUST be unopen and never used. Follow these steps to return: Refund/Return Requests must be sent within 48 hours of delivery. Send email to info@tamebella.com (include picture of procduct in the email). Subject line must say the following: DAMAGED Invoice # xxxxxxx First Name and Last Name. All returns and replacements will elvaulated on a case by case basis. Upon approval of return the return label will be provided via email. **You are required to return the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the return label.** Once the item has been received on our end, the new product will be expedited.
  • Are your products only for natural hair?
    No, Tamebella was created with curly hair textures, however, each brush may be used on all hair textures and weaves and wigs. No, The TuTee is designed for all hair textures. Come one Come All!
  • How do I contact customer service for assistance?
    Please send (1) email with your question to info@tamebella.com. TameBella Customer Support Team will make every effort to respond within 48-72 hours. A response may be delayed if submitted after normal business hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PDT), Monday – Friday; excluding weekends and federal holidays in the United States, or during holiday season. Sending multiple emails will delay a response. Do not send messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Address change? In the subject line list the following: Request Address Change and order number. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! Due to the volume of orders recieved, we can not guarante the change of will be updated in time, but we will make every effort. If the order ships to the incorrect address, unfortnately, we are not responsible for a replacement. Order status? Prior to sending an email, please refer to your USPS Tracking Number from the email confirmation. Orders are processed for shipment within 2-5 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). This is not included in the estimated time frame for USPS to deliver the package. ​​​A USPS Tracking Number will be sent to your email. Once transported to a USPS postal service, it may take up to 24 hours before tracking is available. We will not be able to provide more information than www.usps.com. (Enter your tracking number on the website and select Texting & Email Updates to receive daily updates where your package is via email or text). If you have not received a email confirmation with the tracking number send an email with the subject line list the following: Request Order status and order number. Missing item(s)?
